Pumpkin Pie Cake Bites and Pops

This easy variation of our spice cake turns them into delicious pumpkin pie cake bites and/or pops so you can have your fix whenever you want!  Just store them in the refrigerator!

All you need:

Warm Spice Mix Cake Mix

Vanilla Frosting packet

1-2 Tblsp. canned pumpkin

Vanilla Candy Melts or White Chocolate for coating.

Make the cake, then scoop into a bowl until completely cooled.  Place cooled cake, frosting and pumpkin into a food processor and blend until smooth.

Scoop into balls and refrigerate for at least 1/2 hour.  Dip into melted coating and top with a dusting of cinnamon! For pops, insert cake pop stick into cake bite before dipping and coating.

    I am absolutely OBSESSED with these Buddy Cakes!! I would never in a million years guess they are allergen free, you can’t tell! 10/10 stars for all the flavors, especially the date caramel.
